Our Approach

Quality Physicians:

BIPP connects some of San Antonio’s leading physicians along with Baptist Health System into an integrated network focused on provider communication, devising quality programs, and working toward high quality care from the medical home to the ER, ICU, OR and beyond.  BIPP helps our physicians, patients and hospital partner achieve improvements that can only be achieved by working in partnership.  We have designed a quality program focused on improvements specific to our patient population and relevant to our physicians’ practice life.  

Hospital Partner:

BIPP’s hospital partner is Baptist Health System (BHS) who, since 1903 has been involved in the community caring for the health and spiritual needs of people in San Antonio, south Texas and beyond.  BHS provides a variety of specialized medical services including heart and stroke care, orthopedics, women’s health, wound care, surgery, cancer care, diabetes, emergency services, primary care and more.   BHS strives to provide our patients with the same kind of care we would want for our own families.
